Memorial Program

A RESPECTED PLACE TO HONOR OUR LOVED ONES FOR THEIR SERVICE

At On-Site, we strive for what works for each responder. We provide a dedicated level of care in a home-like, pastoral setting of comfort. As the needs of our emergency personnel grow, our site must grow to accommodate their needs. This includes renovations to our current facility in addition to converting our beautiful post and beam barn into a training center and family visitor center.

Last year we broke ground on our Garden of Honor and Remembrance which will consist of a beautiful granite monument in honor of all our responders. Surrounding the monument is a walkway of bricks that is embellished with benches and planters. All these items are available for purchase in memory or honor of a friend or loved one who has served or is serving their community in the public service field. The garden is near the facility, placed in a natural woodland setting for privacy and peace while reflecting.

All funds raised from our Garden of Honor and Remembrance will be designated to the renovations of our facility and the barn conversion.

Brick Donation

The donation for each 4″ x 8″ engraved brick is one hundred and fifty dollars ($150).

    Inscription Order:

    Each brick shall have a maximum of three (3) lines of lettering configured to your preference. Each line cannot exceed fifteen (15) characters including spaces between words and any punctuation.

    OSA is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) program. All donations should be accompanied by a return address so that we may send a Thank You Letter and Donation Slip for your tax records.
